Booking should be made via e-mail to info@yllassafarit.net. When making a reservation, please provide us the following information:

- full name and address

- number of persons staying overnight

- requested room type

- requested date

- estimated time of arrival

- mobile phone number from which you can be reached while your stay in Finland if necessary

- credit card details

- pick up place (if needed)

Deposit

- 10% non-refundable deposit when the booking is made

- Cabin bookings: 50% to be paid when placing the booking

Cancellation policy

- If booking is cancelled earlier than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival, no charges (except 10% non- refundable deposit)

- If booking is cancelled later than 2 weeks (14 days) but earlier than 48h prior to the arrival, 50% charge will apply

- If cancelled later than 48h prior to the arrival and in cases of no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged

Payment options

- Cash / credit card at check-in

- Invoice payment (in advance)

     - Overseas bank account transfer required

     - Invoice includes IBAN and SWIFT details required for the transaction

     - Invoice has to be paid 2 weeks prior to the arrival

Cabin check-in and check-out times

- Check-in to the cabins is possible at the earliest at 13.00

- Check-out from the cabins always at 10.00
